Presntation : Strategic Leadership Management Skills |
The morning will consist of interactive lecture and the afternoon will be a forum for participants to discuss the issues at hand. This is an interactive workshop. Role-playing, group discussion and idea inventories are some of the techniques that will be used. Participants will be provided with a documented account of their progress as well as performance checklist for continued improvement.
