Thank you for your series of lectures to our employees, especially to our inside sales management group. Your workshops have given our managers a new outlook on team building and motivation, which they have been putting to use on a daily basis. It has also given them a way to communicate with each other that is meaningful and relevant. The enthusiasm that has been built from your program has helped me in building a strong leadership team that has filtered its way throughout the entire organization. "Dear Dr. Goldsmith, I want to thank you for your recent resource presentation to our Leadership Network group. Your topic "Client-Centered Customer Service and Sales" was not only timely (we had been discussing the need to upgrade our member skills), you stimulated our thinking beyond the normal customer service paradigm. One added benefit was that we had a number of guests from our member’s companies who left in a buzz. I heard from several that they went back and were already implementing several suggestions you put forth. I heard a couple of members discussing during a break that you had done "a hell of a lot of research". I thought so, too. Since we had been talking in the group about the possibility of a recession down the road, your focus of making our businesses "recession proof" was a hit. You had a big impact.

Once again, great job. We particularly liked your humor and anecdotes. You kept the session lively and facilitated deep learning. We will have you back!"

Sincerely,
Jim Kelley, Group Facilitator,

"Dear Barton:
Thank you for a wonderful presentation to TEC 2 members and guests on September 30 on "Olympic Success". You’ll be pleased to know that you earned scores of 4.5 for content and 4.6 on presentation skills. Your "recommended" rating was 95%. Congratulations! Several members were effusive in their praise of you, Barton. At least one, Fritz Ruf, is considering engaging you for a presentation to his agency, the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority. That’s high praise indeed.

Here’s wishing you continued success in your work. Meeting you was a delight."

Sincerely,
George Halaska

"Dear Dr. Goldsmith:
The management team at InfoLink is very impressed with the four series seminar that you did for our entire staff. Not only were the seminars themselves educational, but the reaction from all employees has been very encouraging. Our people continually refer to the lessons learned in the seminars and have actually formed a volunteer committee that changes each month to continue to promote the concepts of team work.

There is, also, a noticeable change in the way our Customer Service Professionals interact with our customers. Plus, our employees are interacting with each other in a more constructive and supportive manner. Overall I can say that your teachings and tips have really boosted the quality of our customer service.

Thank you so very much for your time and energy. Your services were quite valuable and I am looking forward to using you again at some point next year."

Sincerely,
Leslie J. Nadell, COO

"Dear Dr. Goldsmith:
I wanted to thank you for your outstanding presentation at the TEC Worldwide International Conference. In my 11 years of attending these educational workshops for Chairmen, yours was simply The Best Ever!

Your workshop had great take away value, which included your indispensable handout on Communication Styles - Enhancing Your Leadership Skills. I learned tools that I will be able to use immediately such as "Ways to Make Valuable Contributions to Meetings" and "Asking Powerful Questions". In addition to your professional delivery, your presentation had a high degree of entertainment value. There is nothing better than having a great time while learning important information!

I understand your scores were the highest possible. Congratulations! Thank you again, and I look forward to bringing you to Atlanta to speak to my groups."
